MEDCOM is a privately owned business with expertise in the design, production and installation of power supply and AC systems, using all currently known technologies.
We manufacture goods dedicated for critical missions in power engineering, railway transportation, specialized electronics, medicine and construction.
We constantly improve the quality of our goods and the efficiency of our management system in a never ending effort to remain the leader in Poland and to be a top European company.

The quality of products is to be constantly improved to exceed the quality offered by competitors and to meet our Clients' requirements.
Internal quality - each employee receiving another MEDCOM employee's work result becomes an internal client. All internal customers must be treated the same way as external customers.
External quality - each supplier of raw materials, components, tools and services is selected with MEDCOM's quality requirements in mind and is subject to periodical verification.
Quality awareness - each MEDCOM employee knows their objectives within the quality policy, their internal and external customers and obligations towards them. This awareness consists in raising employees' qualifications and using them towards the good of the company, and systematic fault prevention.
The quality indicator of our products is the increasing number of orders from regular customers and winning new customers.
The quality policy has been in force in MEDCOM Sp. z o.o. since September 20, 2010.
