In many military power system applications there exists a strong requirement for installation of power supply equipment, which is characterised by very high reliability, with exceptional exposure to mechanical and climatic stresses. These are DC power supplies, inverters, voltage converters and high voltage power supplies, operating in stationary conditions or in various types of mobile military vehicles.
